Experience the thrill of a spin class at Revolution Cycle Republic! Our staff is the best in the business and dedicated to challenging you, mentally and physically, regardless of skill level. We emphasize fun while our training methodology concentrates on building strength and mobility by targeting both major and small muscle groups. Our classes produce a high-calorie burn and work toward building lean, tone muscles while improving dexterity. Spinning on a regular basis builds core strength, improves cardiovascular fitness, and helps to reduce stress and anxiety!

Classic Revolution

A 60-minute class, our Mind/body Connection is one of our most popular classes, combining our classic class with our endurance class. Our core centered class is perfect to build confidence and get a great full body workout. We focus on proper movements (see below for ideas to fill in the blank).

Endurance & Strength

Our RevolutionFusion class offers a highly effective 75-minute high intensity workout designed for maximum results. This class will challenge your endurance and strength, ideal for those training for triathlons or extreme sports. Be prepared to sweat as we spin for a high-calorie burn, combining sprinting with grueling hill climbs and anaerobic intervals (see below for ideas to change description to fit the class).

New To Spin?

Our team is made up of attentive instructors who will help you learn correct posture and technique. There is no need to feel intimidated – we can help build your confidence and move you to the next level! We’ll help you get into the spin of it by teaching you how to set up your bike, hand positions, proper cycling and breathing techniques.
